Overview
A tenant-side companion to AppFolio’s leasing platform, built by our five-person team for UCSB’s CS capstone with mentors from AppFolio. Renters can find properties, save listings with notes, upload application documents once, get AI-powered property recommendations, and keep in touch with property managers through lease signing.
In progress, Fall 2026 – Winter 2027: built in Ruby on Rails on AppFolio’s property API, run in Agile sprints with weekly sponsor check-ins.
